Position: Part-Time Customer Service & Loader Operator

Location: Blenkinsop Road, Victoria, BC
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Term: May to September
Pay Rate: $25/hour to start (negotiable with valid Air-Brake Endorsement)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a friendly, reliable, and energetic individual to join the Tuf-Turf team for the summer season. Ideal for a retired individual or student, this role offers the perfect blend of customer interaction and hands-on outdoor work.
Duties include:
• Assisting customers with product inquiries and sales (in-person and by phone)
• Processing transactions and invoices (training provided)
• Operating loaders for customer orders (½ yard & yard volumes; training provided)
• Occasional light lifting and general yard duties
• Optional local deliveries (bonus compensation for candidates with Air-Brake Endorsement)
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable learning basic computer invoicing/ sales (training provided)
• Physically able to perform occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs.)
• Loader operation experience beneficial but training will be provided
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Air-Brake Endorsement preferred, but not required)
